Do you store my account information?
No, CrossWay Church does not store your account information. Card/payment information is never stored on our site, for PCI compliance purposes.
Can I make changes to my recurring giving or card information?
Yes. When you receive an email receipt, click on the “view in browser” link, which will take you to your account portal. Click on “manage subscription” to make changes. If you have any questions or issues, please email give@crosswayoc.org.
Will I receive a giving statement for tax purposes?
CrossWay Church will email you a statement no later than January 31st of each year.
